Cara Jones

Founder / Producer

Cara is a multiple Emmy Award winning reporter, producer, and speaker with vast experience in using video to tell compelling, inspiring human-interest stories. She has more than a decade of experience in broadcast journalism and has reported for network affiliates in Southwest Florida, Boston and the San Francisco Bay Area. Cara started telling inspiring stories as a way to cope with the tragedy-focused ones she was assigned in the news industry. The perspective and personal transformation she experienced while creating those stories inspired her to start Storytellers for Good in 2009.  (more…)

Ted Allen

Theodore Allen is an award winning filmmaker who has worked as a cinematographer, editor, and director on projects around the world. He has a passion for the latest digital technology, but never forgets the essentials of traditional storytelling. Ted loves using his creative and technical abilities to promote positivity in the media and tell real stories about human compassion and overcoming adversity. Bow Jones

Bow Jones is an award winning videographer, editor, graphics animator, and all around digital ninja. He has created video projects for Amazon, Edutopia, TED, Code.org and other non-profits around the country and world. Bow has traveled, lived and volunteered in more than 20 countries. He is a graduate of SUNY Purchase where he studied film and is passionate about sustainable living, rock climbing, and designing his own line of unique T-shirts which have been sold nationwide. Naomi Ture

Naomi Ture is an award-winning filmmaker & cinematographer with a passion for storytelling that sparks dialogue & pushes creative boundaries.  Naomi has helped launch successful video campaigns for Cisco’s world technology report, ROAM earphones, Fleksy, Johnson & Johnson, & eBay.  In 2016, Naomi’s Global Lives Project film Huyền Lê will premiere at the NY Film Festival as part of a collection of 24-hour-films from around the world intended to inspire global empathy.  Recently, Naomi was co-Director of Photography on Dana Nachman & Warner Brother’s award-winning movie ‘BATKID BEGINS’ [2015].  In addition, Naomi produced & directed the documentary short A PERFECT MATCH, which speaks on the dire need for minority blood & marrow donors. Ken Fisher

Ken Fisher is the founder and chief creative at Truth Be Told, an awarded San Francisco filmmaking shop on a mission to help good causes tell emotional and cinematic stories. His documentaries have shifted mindset, impacted culture and influenced legislative change. As an ethnographer and investigative reporter Ken is passionately curious, a talent that has lead him to the powerful truths of organizations working to solve climate, education, poverty & human rights issues around the world. His films have been official selections on the international festival circuit, have aired on PBS, VICE and the History Channel and have helped nonprofits raise hundreds of thousands of dollars. He has collaborated with world leaders, social impact CEO’s and change makers with a vision for better world. Ken is a seasoned film director, cinematographer, producer and editor.
